General Surgery

Mr Slesser will offer a tailored surgical treatment for skin lesions and gallbladder disorders. Is an expert in hernia and complex hernia surgery and can manage any abdominal wall or groin hernia as well as diastasis recti.

Endoscopy

Expert in performing diagnostic gastroscopies, colonoscopies and polpectomies. Mr Slesser will counsel you with regards to the different options and perform those quickly for you especially if you have concerning symptoms such as bleeding or a positive stool test.

Colorectal Surgery

Mr Slesser can provide an opinion and treat most colorectal disorders. Mainly specialises in major resections for colorectal cancer and benign conditions. Also regularly performs surgery for pilonidal sinus disease, anal fissure, haemorrhoids, prolapse surgery and fistula in ano.

Robotic Surgery

Mr Slesser is considered an expert in open and 'keyhole' surgical techniques. He has been fully trained in using the most advanced robotic platform in the UK (DaVinci XI) and routinely uses this platform in the NHS. He can offer this approach instead of keyhole surgery where appropriate for colorectal resections, gallbladder surgery as well as hernia surgery.
